Baking powder - (3 tbsp.) Sugar (if sweet pie) - (1 tsp.) Vanilla (if sweet pie) - (3 tbsp.) Ice water, approximately - (1/4 cup) butter, melted - 1 egg, beaten PREPARATION In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients and make a well in the center. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a knife. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
